Course Structure & Delivery Process

Our training programs are thoughtfully designed to balance structured learning with practical application. Each course is organised into modules and supported by pre-workshop, workshop, and post-workshop exercises to ensure lasting impact.
Workshops are available in flexible formats:

• One-day intensive sessions for focused, high-impact delivery
•  Two to three full-day workshops for immersive learning

At the end of each module and upon completion of the full workshop, participants complete a brief assessment to confirm understanding and readiness to apply key concepts on the job. Successful participants receive a Certificate of Achievement, and feedback is shared with their supervisor to support continued development.

Investment & Customization

Workshop pricing is tailored to reflect the organisation’s strategic objectives, the scope of training required, and the preferred delivery format. Clients may choose individual courses or bundle multiple programs into a customised package.
We work collaboratively with each organisation to ensure every training solution is aligned with its goals and delivers measurable value. These will be factored into the cost of the workshop. However, based on the current market trend, the introductory price per person runs from $17,895 to $29,675. A deposit of 50% is due before the start of the workshop.
