Courses Outline and Process

We organized the courses into modules along with pre-workshop, workshop, and post-workshop exercises. The number of workshop hours ranges from 14 to 16 hours; however, the actual time to complete the course might take up to 4 weeks or 2 fully days (depends on the customer’s choice). While the workshop is divided into modules, the modules are divided into 2 to 3 sections for the weekly option. Participants will be taught and then given a ‘go and do’ activity. They will be allotted a week or two to practice their new skills in the workplace under the direction of their immediate supervisor. Participants will then meet again to share what they learned with the group, best practices, challenges, and discoveries about themselves, organization, among others. They will then complete the other modules, and their ‘go and do’ activities for another week or two. At the end of each module and the end of the workshop, the participants will be given a test to ensure they understand the main concepts, implement them, and use them on the job. A certificate of completion will be issued, and feedback given to the individuals’ immediate supervisor(s).

Cost

The cost of each workshop will depend on the organization’s strategic objective and the scope of training required. The organization has the option to choose a package that can include several courses. The number of hours necessary for customized courses that fit the organization’s objectives will also be considered before final costing. In addition, the level of workshop involvement requires proper development; new managers and supervisors will depend on the organization’s scope. These will be factored into the cost of the workshop. However, based on the current market trend, the introductory price per person runs from $17,895 to $29,675. A deposit of 50% is due before the start of the workshop—the other 50% at the beginning of the final workshop.
